Warranty:
- SAIKO warranty this product to be free from defects in materials for the specified replacement interval.
- The warranty period for Saiko Timing Component Kit is limited to 24 months or 100,000km, whichever comes first, such period to commence from the date of installation.
- The warranty is valid only for Timing Belt(s), Tensioner(s), and oil seals, which are all inclusive in Saiko Timing Component Kit.
- This warranty only valid in Malaysia
Exclusion of Warranty:
The warranty shall be void to the extend that any of the following.
- Improper installation
- Any act of GOD, Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages; or
- Any breach of express or implied warranty
This is an exclusive remedy of the consumer other than expressly stated hereon, the warranty does not commit Saiko to any Liability permitted by law.
