1. Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Execute sales and customer service to achieve monthly sales goals.
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and prospects.
Ensure timely collection and follow up on overdue accounts.
Conduct regular market visits to improve field sales and market intelligence.
Conduct investigations and rectifications to satisfy customer needs/complaints, resolve related issues, and maintain continuous improvement in service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of working experience in sales is required.
Can speak in Mandarin & English
Experience/knowledge in automotive industry will be an added advantage
Negotiation skills and understanding of marketing techniques
Must be results orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

2. Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Answer product inquiries from customers via phone call or walk-in.
Work closely with Sales Executive.
Issue Delivery Order and Invoices.
Handle product claim from customers.

Requirements:

Have at least 1-year of working experience in Customer Service.
Well-versed in Mandarin & English will be an added advantage.
Experience in using Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage.
Experience/knowledge in automotive industry will be an added advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Must be results orientated.
